DENSO CERTIFIED A/C SPECIALIST

In less than a year from the time that we started working with Denso we were able to finish the first customers Denso climate control systems program.

The Israeli automotive aftermarket suffers from a lack in spare parts technology knowledge, especially in climate control systems, which is one of the reasons why the Denso market share in air conditioning spare parts is almost zero and why the market is dominated by no-name manufacturers.

 

The Zbeda Group Training Center certified 31 customers and the forecast is that 120 customers will be qualified by the end of the year. Reduction claims was the main goal of the certification, due to the low technical knowledge in workshops.

The OEM A/C compressors warranty claims situation in the Israeli market is close to the situation of the no-name manufacturer’s warranty claims level, which reduces the attractiveness of Denso and other OEM compressors suppliers.
